On Friday, April 8, 2022, the DOMS administrator team had a meeting regarding the DOMS maintenance inspection report and electronic signature from January to March of the year 2022 which is the first round of the inspection report.
As Walailak University has implemented a digital office management system (DOMS) in its operation since September 2021 to be a high-performance organization with a modern work management system, this implementation can increase work efficiency, reduce working process, and save time.
In phase 1 of the development plan (the year 2017-2021), it is stated clearly that the University must be a paper-free office and use electronic signatures by the year 2021. All executives and staff can work with documents anytime and anywhere.
