\u00a0Division of Correspondence and General Affairs Drives “Smart Hospitality” Innovation to Enhance Transparency and Efficiency<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

The Division of Correspondence and General Affairs held its February 2026 monthly meeting, chaired by the Vice President for Central Administration and Cooperative Education<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>The session focused on tracking operational progress, reinforcing integrity measures, and introducing an intelligent expense management system to transform organizational performance<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

On February 26, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., the meeting was convened at the Mokhalan Meeting Room, Professor Dr. Wichit Srisaan Building<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>The Vice President for Central Administration and Cooperative Education presided over the session, joined by Mrs. Sopida Phatthong, Head of the Division, and staff members<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the session, the Head of the Division presented the annual innovation project titled <\/span>“Smart Hospitality and Expense Management System”<\/span><\/b><\/span>. <\/span>This automated system aims to leverage technology to manage hospitality budgets and reporting with higher precision and efficiency<\/span><\/span>. Additionally, the meeting highlighted the importance of AI training<\/b> for staff to foster self-development and modernize work processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

A significant portion of the agenda was dedicated to <\/span>Integrity and Transparency (ITA)<\/span><\/b><\/span>. <\/span>The division discussed five critical dimensions of ethical conduct<\/span><\/span>:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Exercise of Power:<\/span><\/b> Preventing the misuse of authority<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asset Management:<\/span><\/b> Safeguarding and properly using university property<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Corruption Prevention:<\/span><\/b> Implementing proactive measures to tackle misconduct<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting concluded with each sub-unit presenting their monthly progress and addressing operational obstacles<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Discussions also covered upcoming training programs to ensure personnel remain agile and capable of driving the division\u2019s mission effectively in a changing landscape<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
