Central Records Division of Walailak University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Phadungsak Suksa-ard, Vice President for Cooperative Education and Central Administration, together with Mrs. Sophida Phatthong, Head of the Administration and Central Records Division, and a total of 24 staff members, participated in study visits and knowledge exchange activities at Mahidol University (Salaya application of digital technologies in document administration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"amuuxj\" data-start=\"4699\" data-end=\"4765\">Executive secretarial management and executive support systems.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dhpiud\" data-start=\"4766\" data-end=\"4822\">Administrative management and meeting administration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n83jsv\" data-start=\"4823\" data-end=\"4848\">Office administration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b6nkde\" data-start=\"4849\" data-end=\"4907\">Postal services and internal document delivery systems.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12qdkcd\" data-start=\"4908\" data-end=\"4989\">Service development, Service Mind enhancement, and professional team building.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9g5gjc\" exchanging best practices, and strengthening collaborative networks among institutions. Following the study visits, each participating unit presented a summary of the knowledge and experiences gained to the division&#8217;s staff meeting for further organizational development.<\/p>\n<div
