\u00a0July 2026 monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Meeting Room 2\/1, Professor Dr. Wijit Srisa-an Building. The Administration and Correspondence Division of Walailak University held itsThe meeting aimed to communicate important operational matters, follow up on the Division\u2019s activities, exchange information, and discuss approaches to improving work efficiency.<\/p>\n

A key issue discussed at the meeting was integrity and transparency in the workplace. Staff were informed of five key areas concerning potential violations of regulations, corruption, or misconduct that employees may encounter: the performance of duties, the use of the Division\u2019s budget, the exercise of authority, the use of university property, and measures to address corruption within the University. The discussion aimed to strengthen awareness and encourage staff to perform their duties with integrity, transparency, and accountability.<\/p>\n

The meeting also addressed the criteria concerning failure to scan fingerprints when entering or leaving work for the 2027 fiscal year, with the aim of ensuring that staff understand and comply with the relevant procedures. In addition, an After Action Review (AAR) was conducted concerning the ceremony held in commemoration of the birthday anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, with lessons learned and recommendations to be used in improving future activities.<\/p>\n

Another important agenda item was the presentation of an administrative innovation developed by the Administration and Correspondence Division: the \u201cSmart Hospitality and Expense Management System.\u201d The system focuses on supporting hospitality management and automated expense reporting, reflecting the Division\u2019s efforts to apply digital technology and innovation to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

The meeting also provided an opportunity for each work unit to present its operational plans, problems, and obstacles. The session encouraged staff to exchange information, identify challenges, and discuss appropriate solutions while strengthening coordination and collaboration among personnel within the Division.<\/p>\n

The monthly meeting served as an important platform for internal communication, operational monitoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Through collaborative discussion, the Administration and Correspondence Division continues to promote efficient, transparent, and innovative administrative practices while exploring the use of digital technology to support its work and enhance the quality of services provided by the Division.<\/p>\n
