On Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Meeting Room 2\/1, Professor Vichit Srisa-an Building, Walailak University the Secretariat Office of the Division of Correspondence and General Affairs\u00a0 Walailak University, organized a Knowledge Sharing activity to promote the exchange of knowledge, professional experience, and best practices among personnel. The activity aimed to foster shared understanding and support the continuous improvement of work processes and organizational effectiveness.<\/p>\n

The meeting was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Phadungsak Suksaat, Vice President for Cooperative Education and Central Administration. The activity was attended by Mrs. Sopida Patthong, Head of the Division of Correspondence and General Affairs, together with the secretariat team, who participated in exchanging ideas, sharing professional experiences, and discussing work practices related to the responsibilities of the Secretariat Office.<\/p>\n

\"Knowledge<\/a><\/p>\n

The Knowledge Sharing activity provided an important platform for personnel to exchange knowledge and experiences gained from their actual work. Participants were encouraged to share useful approaches and practices that could be adapted and applied to improve their own work, enhance service quality, and increase the efficiency of operations.\u00a0The activity also contributed to strengthening collaboration and positive working relationships among personnel. It encouraged open communication and constructive discussions, enabling participants to collectively identify opportunities for work improvement and continuous development.<\/p>\n

Through the Knowledge Sharing activity, the Division of Correspondence and General Affairs reaffirmed its commitment to developing personnel capabilities and promoting a culture of continuous learning. The Section aims to enhance organizational efficiency and management quality while supporting the mission and sustainable development of Walailak University.<\/p>\n
