On Thursday, September 3, 2026, the Digital Innovation Center organized a Guidance and Troubleshooting to Prepare for Unit Evaluation at Meeting Room 2, Digital Innovation Center. The activity brought together personnel responsible for website management from various units to review, discuss, and improve their websites in preparation for the upcoming evaluation. \"Focus<\/a><\/p>\n

The activity was particularly important because the websites of each unit, in both Thai and English, are among the components considered in the unit evaluation and contribute to the evaluation score. Therefore, ensuring that unit websites contain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and well-organized information is an important part of preparing for the evaluation.\u00a0The Focus Group was organized to enhance participants\u2019 understanding of website preparation and improvement in accordance with the evaluation criteria. It provided an opportunity for website administrators and relevant personnel to raise questions, share problems encountered during website management, exchange experiences, and receive recommendations and practical solutions from the Digital Innovation Center team.<\/p>\n

During the activity, guidance was provided on reviewing and improving website content in both Thai and English. Particular attention was given to the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and currency of information, as well as the organization and presentation of news, activities, achievements, services, and other information related to each unit\u2019s responsibilities. These improvements are intended to make information easier for users to find and access.\u00a0The participants also discussed various website management issues, including content updates, information organization, website display, data linking, and other issues that could affect the evaluation results. The Digital Innovation Center provided recommendations and solutions for specific issues so that each unit could apply the guidance to improve its website effectively and systematically.<\/p>\n

The Focus Group format also promoted knowledge sharing and collaboration among website administrators from different units. Participants were able to exchange experiences, working practices, and solutions to common challenges in website management. This collaborative approach helped strengthen their understanding and provided practical knowledge that can be applied to the continuous development of their respective unit websites.\u00a0Preparing unit websites is not only important for the evaluation process but also plays a significant role in strengthening the University\u2019s digital communication. Websites serve as key channels for disseminating information about the University\u2019s missions, activities, achievements, services, and other relevant information to staff, students, service users, the public, and audiences both in Thailand and abroad.<\/p>\n
