{"id":8891,"date":"2022-03-16T14:15:36","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T07:15:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dcg.wu.ac.th\/?p=8891"},"modified":"2022-03-16T14:46:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T07:46:52","slug":"focus-group-meeting-with-division-of-human-resources-and-organization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dcg.wu.ac.th\/?p=8891&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Focus group meeting with Division of Human Resources and Organization"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-cluster;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif; color: #0e101a;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0As Walailak University has transformed the digital transformation on document management to increase the efficiency of work to be efficient, fast, and economical, the Digital Office Management System <span lang=\"TH\">(<\/span>DOMS<span lang=\"TH\">) <\/span>has been applied in the work of every unit in the University since then<span lang=\"TH\">. <\/span>This system enables the executives and the administrative staff to work with documents quickly, be able to work from anywhere and anytime<span lang=\"TH\">. <\/span>It can also reduce the use of paper by a large amount per year<span lang=\"TH\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-cluster;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif; color: #0e101a;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif; color: #0e101a;\">On March 4, 2022, the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, led by Mrs<span lang=\"TH\">. <\/span>Sophida Phattong, Head of the Division, arranged a focus group meeting with staff from the Division of Human Resources and Organization to evaluate the efficiency of DOMS use<span lang=\"TH\">. <\/span>The meeting was held at Mokkhalan meeting room, the Administration building<span lang=\"TH\">.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-cluster;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif; color: #0e101a;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif; color: #0e101a;\">The efficiency of DOMS use was evaluated with four main points including knowledge about DOMS, usage behavior, time spending, and problems regarding system use<span lang=\"TH\">. <\/span>Comments and suggestions from the meeting will be used to improve the system later on<span lang=\"TH\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dcg.wu.ac.th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/S__33628168.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8858\" src=\"https:\/\/dcg.wu.ac.th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/S__33628168.jpg\" alt=\"Focus Group\" width=\"1478\" height=\"1108\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0As Walailak University has transformed the digital transformation on document management to increase the efficiency of work to be efficient, fast, and economical, the Digital Office Management System (DOMS) has been applied in the work of every unit in the University since then.
