On July 5, 2023, Division of General Affairs and Correspondence welcomed and gave lectures in executive secretarial work and digital office management system (DOMS) to students from Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational College at room No. 5201, learning building 5, Walailak University.
The Vice President Asst. Prof. Dr. Padungsak Suksaard has welcomed and then Mrs. Sophida Pattong, Head of Division of General Affairs and Correspondence gave a brief overview of secretarial work and digital office work. The secretarial work has been lectured by Mrs.Kesinee Phromchat, Supervisor of the Secretariat Office, Mrs. Thanya Poolsawat, Secretary to the President, and Mrs. Nannaphat Hemtanon, Secretary to the Vice President and Assistant to the President. And digital office work has been lectured by Mrs. Prapai Sribooniad, Supervisor of Digital and Post Office Management. During a field trip, students paid attention and participated in asking questions and exchanging knowledge.
