Walailak University submits data for THE Impact Rankings 2024.

Walailak University places importance on sustainable development, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) according to the United Nations framework. And the university continuously sends information to be ranked globally by THE Impact Rankings.

Most recently in 2023, Walailak University was ranked 401-600 in the world, moving up 200 places from 601-800 in 2022 and ranked joint 10th in Thailand. Importantly, there are 4 SDGs, consisting of SDG2, SDG6, SDG11, and SDG14 that were able to score in the world’s top 100 for the first time.

However, in 2024 Walailak University Data has been submitted to THE Impact Rankings for consideration. There are 8 SDGs, consisting of SDG2: Zero Hunger (eliminating hunger), SDG3: Good Health and Well-being (health and well-being), SDG4: Quality Education (quality education). , SDG6 : Clean Water and Sanitation (water management and sanitation)

SDG11 : Sustainable cities and Communities (cities and human societies that are safe, inclusive, ready for change and sustainable) SDG12 : Responsible Consumption and Production (ensuring sustainable production and consumption patterns), SDG14 : Life Below Water (marine resources) and SDG17 : Partnerships for the Goals (cooperation for sustainable development)  of which THE Impact Rankings will announce the results in June 2024 next.
