On Friday, June 14, 2024, the Administration and Secretariat organized a training on appropriate practices for welcoming guests and serving high-level guests for executives and staff representatives from various agencies by Ms. Nongnuch Petchrat, former Thai Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, at the Phattharamaporn Meeting Room, 9th floor, Building B, Walailak University Medical Center, so that executives and staff of the university can learn and understand appropriate practices
for welcoming and receiving high-level guests and can put them into practice in practice so that the work and various missions are achieved with maximum efficiency and create a good impression on the guests.
The training topics are divided into:
1. Welcoming guests, general international etiquette
2. Organizing a reception party
3. Preparing a good personality and image for welcoming guests
In order to create a good image for the organization and create a good impression on the guests, it is necessary for personnel to have knowledge, skills, and the skills to solve immediate problems very well, and to receive education, training, and receive correct and appropriate advice from experts so that Walailak University personnel can use it as a guideline for appropriate and correct practices.
