On December 21, 2023, at Meeting Room 3, 3rd Floor, the Administration and Documents Division organized a monthly work monitoring meeting to have each division present the next month’s work plan and report on problems and obstacles in the work, including the department heads presenting the report from the executive meeting. In addition, to strengthen unity within the agency, there was a New Year’s gift exchange lucky draw held in the evening at Rim Bueng Restaurant.
The Administration and Documents Division is responsible for: 1. Managing the digital office and post office. Facilitating the work of executives. 2. Managing certification and services. 3. Meetings. 4. Coordinating state ceremonies and local activities. 5. Organizing the university founding ceremony, the royal birthday blessing ceremony for Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, the graduation ceremony, and facilitating activities at Walailak University, Bangkok.
