Walailak University, by the Planning and Strategy Division, organized a workshop on the strategy for driving mass policies and strategies into practice for fiscal year 2025 during 31 October – 2 November 2024 at the Rajakiri Resort and Spa, Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The objective is to provide a forum to present strategies/guidelines for driving operations of all units within the university to respond to the policies and strategies set by the university in fiscal year 2025.
And to create learning and develop working strategies between units to drive the university’s strategic indicators to achieve goals according to the strategic plan, including to strengthen the relationship between senior executives and executives of units within the university, this seminar was attended by a team of executives from the Rector, Vice Rector, Assistant Rector, executives of units or representatives, and team members, totaling 83 people. The seminar format is as follows:
1) Policy assignment for university and internal unit development by the university president (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong)
2) Organizing a relationship activity (Walk Rally) between the vice president, assistant president, and unit executives
3) Presenting strategies for driving the work of unit executives
4) Presenting strategies for monitoring the work of units under the supervision of the vice president and assistant president
