Meeting and discussion on workload analysis of coordination personnel at Walailak University, Bangkok

On November 13, 2024, Vice President Asst. Prof. Dr. Phadungsak Suksad and Head of Administration and Secretariat, Ms. Sopida Pattanthong, held a meeting and discussed the workload analysis of Walailak University’s coordination personnel, Bangkok, at the Coordination Office, Bangkok.
For use in planning staffing to be consistent with the workload, to provide a clear picture of how much workload each position has and how complex each type of work is, to find the causes of problems such as excessive workload or personnel shortages, to determine guidelines for improving work processes, increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary workloads, to obtain a sufficient number of personnel for work and reduce the risk of shortages or exceeding personnel.
On this occasion, the Acting Head of Administration and Secretariat provided guidelines for developing operations in many areas, so that coordination personnel can perform their duties under their responsibility and support the operations of Walailak University and internal agencies more successfully and efficiently.
