Walailak University’s administrators, faculty, staff, and students joined ceremonies to offer floral tributes, lay wreaths, and light candles in honor of His Majesty the King on the occasion of his birthday on July 28, 2025.
On July 28, 2025, at Sanam Na Mueang Square in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat District, Associate Professor Dr. Charan Boonkan, Vice President of Walailak University, led a delegation. This group included administrators, faculty, and staff from the School of Liberal Arts, the Asset Management Center, the Institute for Research and Innovation Excellence, and the Supplies Division of Walailak University. They all took part in the ceremonies to present floral tributes, lay wreaths, and light candles to offer blessings and honor His Majesty the King for his birthday on July 28, 2025.
Mr. Somchai Leelanoi, the Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, presided over the event. Heads of government agencies, civil servants, officials, and citizens from all walks of life in the area, representing over 120 agencies and organizations, also participated, collectively expressing their loyalty and devotion.
In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Warit Jorajit, another Vice President of Walailak University, along with administrators, faculty, staff, and students from the School of Management and the Education Service Center, represented the university at a similar ceremony held at the Tha Sala District Auditorium.
