On August 4, 2025, Division of Correspondence and General Affairs held a special meeting at Meeting Room 1/2, Professor Wichit Srisa-an Building. The primary agenda was to discuss and propose names for the University Council Committee to fill vacant positions.
The meeting also included a crucial preparation session for the upcoming Innovation Day 2025, scheduled from August 25-27 at the Huataphan Room, Medical Center Building. The division will be presenting its innovation, “Epostal,” led by Mr. Thanapipat Sampantamas. The meeting participants practiced the presentation and offered feedback to ensure it would be well-prepared and effective.
Furthermore, the division discussed its role as the host for a special meeting of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT) focused on student development. The theme for this event is “Well-being: The Foundation for Developing Student Potential.” Assistant Professor Dr. Arthit Boonrodchoo attended the meeting to explain the responsibilities of the Administration and Archives Division. The head of the division assigned the tasks to the Administrative and Meeting Affairs Unit and the Secretariat Office to ensure the successful organization of the event.
