On Friday, August 15 – Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Division of Correspondence and General Affairs successfully organized a seminar to enhance the capabilities of its personnel. The project, themed “Strong Body, Happy Mind, Great Team, and Far-Reaching Work,” aimed to foster team building, improve physical and mental well-being, and drive long-term organizational success.
The event, held at Deevana Plaza Hotel in Krabi, was attended by 30 participants, including the Vice President (Asst. Prof. Dr. Padungsak Suksard), Head of the Division of Correspondence and General Affairs (Ms. Sophida Phatthong), division staff, and a team of experts.
Recognizing the importance of staff well-being, the division emphasized that promoting a happy and less stressful work environment empowers employees to care for themselves and their colleagues. This positive energy and inspiration, both personally and professionally, serve as the foundation for building a strong, cohesive team and reducing conflicts, which are crucial for achieving the organization’s goals. The seminar also served as a platform for staff to propose the 2026 strategic plan, aligning it with the university’s overarching strategy. This annual event is a key tool for promoting sustainable quality of life and work for the division’s personnel.
The expert team, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavarut Puangsri, conducted various learning activities focused on self-awareness, building team relationships (Team Building), enhancing physical and mental health, managing conflict in the workplace, and presenting the 2026 operational strategy.
