General Administration and Document Services Division Monthly Meeting (October 2025)

On October 31, 2025, the General Administration and Document Services Division held its monthly meeting. Mrs. Sophida Patthong, Head of the General Administration and Document Services Division, chaired the meeting, which was attended by staff members both in person at the Mokkhana meeting room in the Professor Dr. Wichit Srisa-an Building and virtually via the Zoom system. This division holds monthly meetings regularly. The purpose of this particular meeting was to ensure a common understanding regarding the 2026 Annual Evaluation Criteria for the division. Additionally, the meeting served to follow up on work progress, address obstacles encountered, and discuss other related matters to collectively find solutions.

 

The General Administration and Document Services Division plays a crucial role in supporting various operations of the organization. The monthly meeting thus provides an opportunity for staff to exchange ideas, consult, and resolve issues that may arise in their work. Furthermore, the meeting is a platform for announcing matters related to the unit’s operations, such as policy changes, improvements to work processes, or other important news, ensuring that all personnel are informed and can perform their duties accurately and efficiently.
