On 28 July 2026, at the ceremonial ground in front of Nakhon Si Thammarat City Hall, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Assistant Professor Dr. Nopporn Thammarongrat, Assistant Rector for Human Resources and Organization, led a delegation of university executives, faculty members, and staff to participate in the Royal Tribute Ceremony, the floral offering ceremony, and the candle-lighting ceremony in honor of His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary, 28 July 2026.
The ceremony was held to express unwavering loyalty and profound gratitude for His Majesty’s boundless benevolence. The event was presided over by Mr. Somchai Leelanoy, Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and attended by heads of government agencies, civil servants, state enterprise officials, and citizens from all sectors who gathered in unity to pay tribute and express their loyalty.
On the same occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Warit Chaochit, Vice Rector for Administration and Sustainable Development, Associate Professor Dr. Chatchai Kanlayanapaporn, Acting Director of the Walailak University Botanical Park, together with university personnel and students, also participated in the royal ceremony held at Tha Sala District Hall, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
