On May 20, 2026, Division of Correspondence and General Affair underwent its first 5S evaluation of the 2026 academic year. Mrs. Sopida Phatthong, alongside the department’s 5S committee, warmly welcomed the audit team. The evaluation panel was led by Mrs. R Boriphan as the committee chairperson, accompanied by two other committee members, atDivision of Correspondence and General Affair’s office located in the Professor Dr. Wichit Srisa-an Building.
During this evaluation, the Chairperson stated that the primary objective of the visit was to provide constructive guidance and encouragement to support the department, rather than searching for faults or focusing on point deductions. It was emphasized that if the overall 5S implementation reaches at least 80%, the department is recognized as successfully executing the framework. Furthermore, the committee maintained a policy of listening to reasonable justifications and exercising fair, supportive judgment to promote collaborative teamwork.
The welcoming remarks were delivered by Mrs. Sopida Phatthong, who also presented the audit topics, highlighting website management and productivity enhancement at Meeting Room 1/3. Following the presentation, the committee conducted on-site inspections of the workspaces on the 1st and 3rd floors, respectively.
Upon completion of the audit, a feedback session was held. The committee expressed high praise for the department’s outstanding 5S implementation and announced that certain practices observed during the visit would be adopted as “Best Practices” for other units to replicate.
