In the occasion of the 29th Anniversary of Walailak University Foundation Day on the 29th March, 2021 at 6.30 a.m., Professor Dr.Sombat Thamrongthanyawong President of Walailak University was a chairman of the ceremony. WU Staff attended the ceremony. There were the rituals of two religions including Muslims prayer and Buddhist monks chanting and give alms to monks afterwards.
